FAQ’S

  • When can I expect my order to be delivered? Please allow at least 7 working days (after confirmation of payment) for your delivery, if you are within New Zealand. Some items are handmade to order in NZ. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. (We do try to despatch your order much sooner than this) For deliveries to Australia, these will be sent via standard airmail, so allow up to 14 days.
    Please note, delivery times can be delayed when a sale is on.
  • Who do you use to courier my order? Our courier parcels are normally sent via CourierPost.
    For Deliveries to Australia, we use standard post. It is possible to also track these parcels.
  • Will you deliver to P.O Boxes? Unfortunately, we can not deliver courier parcels to P.O Boxes. Courier companies tend to return the parcels to us, if we do.
  • Do you have a retail store I can visit? Sorry, at present sales are online only.
  • What is the best way to contact you, regarding my order? Email is the best and first way of correspondence. We are a small company and may not always be able to answer your call, but please feel free to leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Do you accept payment via Internet Banking? Yes, we accept internet banking. Please note: We can only hold your items ordered for 72 hours, so we do recommend payment in this time. Choosing Direct Debit as the form of payment cannot guarantee your order will be available after the 72 hours.
    We also need to allow 2 working days for your deposits to show.
  • When can I expect my refund? Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed. Please note that this is our allowance for refunds and you will need to allow for the banks to process this and show in your account.
  • How long do I have for returning items? For returns within New Zealand, please send within 14 days of Sales Receipt.
    For Australian returns, we allow 21 days for all returns.
  • When can I expect my payment to show when I pay via Internet Banking or directly at the bank? Direct and Bank Payments are not instant.
    Your account will not show that your order has been paid for until the next working day. Payments made in the weekend, will not show until the Tuesday, of the following week.
  • Can I purchase online if I live in Australia? Yes. The shipping will be standard, not via courier, so delivery may take slightly longer.
  • Returns and Exchanges? Please check out our Returns Policy.
  • I purchased a sale item, can I receive a refund if this is not suitable? We do not refund items that are on sale, but will however offer an exchange or a store credit.
  • If I need to return garments, what address can I return to? Please place the garment/s in the original bag. Make sure that the swing ticket is still attached and the invoice is in the bag.
